Satisfied or refunded. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

How to return an item

• Email [info@italiansportsitaly.com] or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You can also use the EU model withdrawal form.
• We will reply with the return address and instructions.
• Pack the item securely in its original condition – unused, with tags and packaging. Cricket bats must not be knocked-in, oiled or used.
• Send the parcel within 14 days of telling us you want to return it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, we refund the product price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Need a different size, weight or handedness? Contact us and we will help you exchange it, subject to availability.
