2. Products and prices

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include Italian VAT (IVA 22%). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Product images are illustrative; we make every effort to describe products accurately, including weight and size for cricket bats and protective equipment.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

4. Payment

We accept card payments via our secure payment provider. Your card is charged when the order is placed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers (Consumer Code, Art. 128 ff.). Normal wear and tear, misuse, and damage caused by using bats without proper knocking-in or with unsuitable balls are not defects.

8. Governing law and disputes
